Petition – Ian Baynham

Ian Baynham was walking through Trafalgar Square with his friend Philip Brown in September 2009 when he was subjected to a homophobic attack. Ian had been out in central London to celebrate his new job at the home office, sadly he suffered a brain injury after being punched to the ground and 18 days later his life support machine was switched off by his devastated family.

Three youngsters were arrested for the attack, Rachel Burke and Ruby Thomas are 18 and Joel Alexander 19, they all deny manslaughter.

A petition has been launched to raise the charges from manslaughter to murder, if you feel strongly about the case, please sign the petition: Raise charges to Murder for the death of Ian Bayham
